Spring is in the air

Happy Tuesday Wild Orchid Friends!  I hope you are all having a fabulous week!  Today I want to share the post it note holder that I have made :)

You can find the tutorial here.  I've used the Cameo Rose SCACD stamp.  Paperes are from MME Stella Rose Hattie collection.
On the upper panel I've used the gorgeous Wild Orchid Craft ivory daisy chain lace.  In the bottom right hand corner you will see a silver metal corner filigree.  I absolutely LOVE these...they add the perfect vintage feel to the card and are light weight.
The Wild Orchid flowers arrangement consists of a Classic Sweet Rose, 25mm Hybrid Tea Roses (that were airbrushed to match my blues), 15mm roses, Hip Rosebuds, 4mm Closed Rosebuds, and Pearl Sprays.
Here you can see the holder where the post it note pad will go.  I've used  15mm roses4mm Closed Rosebuds, and Pearl Sprays to accent the bottom.  I hope you've enjoyed my project!

A splash of RED!!!!!

Hopefully you are all having a delightful week...and gosh it's almost weekend again!!! I wanted to share with you a little card that I think is just so happy and cheerful!! AND I used some magnificent flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts which I had not used before but they certainly make a statement on this card methinks!!

The floral treatment, resting on MS punched branches, is all Wild Orchid Crafts: Calla Lily Stem Flowers, 25mm Open Roses, and 15mm Open Roses. I just love those Calla Lilies and they went so well with the two-tone roses. I am always amazed that WOC flowers are so easy to mix and match!!!

Have a wonderful day and remember to scatter flowers wherever you go!!! That's my phiolosophy!!! Hugs from Jacque!!

Spring is in the air......

Good Morning!!
Today I want to show you a springy card that
I have made.  I wanted to use alot of patterned
papers and colorful ones so I stuck with white or
cream embellies. (Just a few pink rosebuds for a splash
of color)

I also had to add a bunch of pearls of course. I added glitter to the
frame and diecut flowers as well. I love the look of cream
and white layered.

Here is a close-up of my bow. I can't make a card these
days without my vintage seam binding. It is so easy
to make it any color you want too! You just have
to spray some of the white with distress inks
or glimmer mist! Easy and it turns out so pretty!
(I also added glitter to my bow!) I stuck in a pin to finish it off.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
I hope you can see Spring making an appearance soon!
:)Kathy

Card/Box and WOC Flowers Galore!!

How in the world did I ever make cards and projects without the marvelous products from Wild Orchid Crafts?!?! I have no idea!! But I do know that their exquisite offerings now make our cards/projects alot more fun and certainly add more PIZZAZZ!!!!

I made this little card/box to hold 6 chocolate bars for a blog hop today and I amazed myself at how important WOC was in making it all come together!! I used a 40mm Classic Sweet Rose, 25mm Open Roses, 15mm Open Roses, Aster Daisies, and Heather Stem Flowers. To soften all of the corners, both inside and outside, I added WOC Self-Adhesive Pearls.

Thank you so very much for dropping by to see the all the happenings with the WOC DT and we hope you will come by everyday to touch base with us!! For additional information about this little project I would love for you to drop by MY BLOG. Have a marvelous week and remember to drop by here again tomorrow!! Sending hugs your way...Jacque
