Pink and Green and some WONDERFUL, EXCITING NEWS!!!!!

For this card I used Bazzill for the base and all double matting and the DP is by Colorbok. All background panels are machine stitched. The darling little hÄnglar & stÄnglar girl, from the Sailor Kids collection, was stamped on Cryogen White and colored with Copics. Her clothing, shoes and hairbows are paper-pieced with MM Pink Dots. She was then cut out with triple Nesties. For the horizontal I used a pink double-faced satin ribbon tied into a bow and topped with an organza butterfly by CreaMotion. The floral treatment is all by Wild Orchid Crafts: Gardenia Stem Flowers, Hybrid Tea Roses, and Long Stem Stamens. WOC Pearls soften the corners.

For the first panel on the inside I used the same ribbon, another organza butterfly and some GORGEOUS Guipure Lace from WOC. For the jotting panel I used the lattice circle diecut trimmed with more WOC Pearls.

On Thursday, April 28, starting at Noon UK time, we will be having a MARVELOUS Wild Orchid Crafts BLOG HOP and there are so many lovely prizes available that you will NOT want to miss it!!! The DT will be showcasing many new and GORGEOUS products which will be available for purchase for the first time on that same day!!! So I'm sure you will want to mark this exciting date on your calendar so you don't miss it!!! We hope to see you right here on Thursday!!!!!!

Hi there, it’s my turn to share a card with you on the Wild Orchid Crafts Blog today.

A close up of the white baby’s breath flowers after I had pulled them to bits (as I do!).   I snipped the wire off the end, pulled the pearl stamens out so I could squish the flower up to fit in under the roses then used the waste pearl stamens in the arrangement.  I also dabbed an inked sponge on the roses to give them a bit more of a vintage look.

Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts: 10mm roses, 15mm roses, 20mm roses, 25mm wild roses, medium hydrangeas, white baby’s breath flowers

Whatever your plans I hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend and a happy and peaceful Easter.
